1. Product Introduction
EZF-905 high-temperature defoamer is a high-temperature defoamer produced using imported raw materials and guided by advanced foreign technology. Its outstanding advantage is that it can be used stably under high temperatures without affecting defoaming performance. High-temperature resistant defoamers are composed of various organic compound synergists, polyethers, and fatty alcohol ethers. They maintain excellent foam suppression at lower concentrations. Compared with ordinary silicone defoamers, this product has better compatibility, fast defoaming speed, good stability, easy dispersion in water, no floating, low dosage, and long-lasting foam suppression.
1) High-temperature defoamers can be used for distillation of wastewater from negative pressure high-temperature MVR evaporators, can withstand temperatures above 200°C, and will not affect product performance due to demulsification or reactions with the system.
2) Suitable for various wastewater treatment systems, such as: reverse osmosis landfill leachate, distillation landfill leachate, power plant leachate, municipal sewage, aerobic tank biochemical wastewater, chemical wastewater, various aeration tanks, and various membrane-coated sewage treatment systems.

3. How to Use
1) High-temperature defoamers have excellent foam suppression and anti-foaming properties. They can generally be added after dilution, directly after foam formation, or added as foam suppression components into the system;
2) Depending on the usage system, the amount of Exlen defoamer added ranges from 10 to 500 PPM, with the specific amount determined by the customer based on specific testing conditions.
4. Packaging and Storage
1) Conventionally, 25Kg, 50Kg, 200Kg plastic-lined iron drums are used for packaging, or negotiated packaging.
2) Store at room temperature; do not place near heat sources and do not expose to sunlight. Do not add acids, alkalis, salts, or other substances to defoamers; after diluting with water, do not store them for long periods. High-temperature defoamers will not separate within one year of storage. If delamination occurs after this period, stir evenly before use without affecting effectiveness.
